No Starvation, Stress, or Strain

This is for all of you who made New Year's Resolutions to loose weight, get in better physical condition, and feel better about yourselves. It's long. Although, if you take the time to watch it, you will feel a lot better about your goals and yourselves.

His idea to eat salad first, vegetables second, and concentrated carbs last is brilliant. Concentrated carbs in this case are whole grains, potatoes, and whole grain pastas/breads. Leave off concentrated foods: oils, processed foods, sweets, etc.
